About Us
Who we are.
Tidewater Health and Ketamine Center is a team of medical professionals trained and certified to treat mood disorders through cutting edge ketamine infusions and to treat those suffering with the disease of addiction.
We understand that patients suffering with major depression, anxiety, PTSD and addiction deserve to be treated with respect and high-quality care. We believe that these illnesses are not a choice, but that healing and recovery are.
Our program works to help alleviate symptoms therefore allowing a return to a sense of wellbeing and enabling healing. Our goal is to do everything possible to make this happen.
What we do.
We approach the treatment of mood disorders, including depression, anxiety and PTSD through the use of ketamine infusions. Current literature supports this form of therapy as having a robust and rapid effect for the majority of patients experiencing one or more of these illnesses.
We also offer Medication-Assisted-Therapy to help those individuals suffering with opioid dependence. Our program uses a Suboxone treatment protocol that is closely monitored and individually tailored for each patient we treat and it is offered in an empathetic and compassionate manner.
